1. Scope of Work:

   • Detailed storytelling suitable for in-depth topics, tutorials, vlogs, or comprehensive brand narratives.
   • Complex edits including transitions, overlays, sound adjustments, and integration of supplementary materials.
   • Integration of B-roll footage, graphics, or branding elements as provided.
   • If customer do not have any, we will choose the relevant and license content.

2. Client Responsibilities:

   • Clients must provide all primary footage, any B-roll or supplementary footage, scripts, voiceovers, and any specific graphics or branding elements.
   • A clear brief or storyboard is invaluable for long-form content. If you have specific visions for segments, transitions, or any other elements, please communicate them upfront.
   • Availability for feedback sessions or reviews of draft versions is encouraged.

3. Expectations:

   • Our goal is to craft a video that resonates, educates, and engages your audience.
   • The edits provided will be professional and in line with the brief. However, clients should set realistic expectations regarding the production level based on the provided budget and resources.

4. Revisions:

   • Two rounds of revisions are included in the standard package for long-form edits. Unless it's an editor mistake. Any additional changes may incur extra charges.
   • Feedback for revisions should be clear, specific, and consolidated to ensure timely delivery.

5. Delivery:

   • The final edited video will be delivered in a standard digital format suitable for most platforms within 1 to 3 days after confirmation. If a specific format or resolution is required, please specify at the beginning of the project.

6. Copyright and Usage:

   • Upon final payment, the client holds the rights to the edited video. However, raw footage, unused content, and any proprietary graphics or elements remain the property of TheContentCreator.app unless otherwise agreed upon.
