Short Form Video Editing Terms: $47 

1. Definition:
Short form videos are defined as content ranging from 30 to 45 seconds in duration.

2. Scope of Work:

• Speaking shorts
• Trimming and cutting unnecessary footage
• Rearranging sequences for optimal flow
• Crafting company introductions or product highlights

3. Client Responsibilities:

• Clients must provide all necessary footage in a format compatible with our editing software.
• Any scripts, voiceovers, or specific instructions should be provided at the outset.
• If desired, clients may request a virtual meeting to discuss the project before the editing process begins.

4. Expectations:

• Our goal is to create engaging, interactive content. However, we do not guarantee that the video will achieve viral status or specific engagement metrics.
• The edits provided will be professional and in line with the brief, but clients should not expect Hollywood-level production for short form edits.

5. Revisions:

• One round of minor revisions is included in the standard package. Unless is editor mistake. Any additional changes may incur extra charges.
• Feedback for revisions should be clear and specific to ensure timely delivery.

6. Delivery:

• The final edited video will be delivered in a standard digital format suitable for most platforms. 2 to 3 days. after confirmations. If a specific format is required, please specify at the beginning of the project.

7. Copyright and Usage:

• Once the final payment is received, the client holds the rights to the edited video. However, raw footage and unused content remain the property of the original creator, customer.

8. Disclaimer:

• We reserve the right to decline projects that contain inappropriate or offensive content.
